The Podium Club | Learning Centre is a welcoming space in the heart of downtown Toronto that is focused on the business, professional development, and networking needs of Canadian board directors.

Directors can broaden their knowledge of governance matters by attending the learning centre’s regularly scheduled speeches and exchanging experiences and perspectives with peers, carry out business activity, or simply relax and recharge, all in a comfortable state-of-the-art setting when in Toronto.

Programming

The Podium Club | Learning Centre will bring together subject matter experts throughout the year to speak about topics and trends most relevant to boards, such as navigating emerging cyber risks, leading through digital disruption, driving business performance through analytics, optimizing capital allocation, and more. Your suggestions will also help shape future programming.

Benefits

The Podium Club | Learning Centre is conveniently located in Toronto’s Financial District, and open from early in the morning to early evening. Equipped with a selection of amenities such as workstations, meeting rooms, printers, Wi-Fi access, and light refreshments and snacks. Visitors are welcome to relax over conversation with their peers or take care of their pressing business matters while visiting the centre.

The Learning Centre’s community is a diverse group of directors from leading Canadian organizations across the country, industry sectors, and educational and cultural backgrounds.

The physical space itself is an expression of our values, a blend of the bold and the practical. Integrated into the architecture is an art collection that reflects the diversity of our city and country, from established Canadian artists. Most importantly, it’s a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place in which to meet, learn, relax, or recharge.

Participation in the Podium Club | Learning Centre is by invitation only. Participation is subject to the policies established by the corporations whom the participants serve, and to current or future regulatory or governmental rules or restrictions.
